I have updated my policy about cancellations.
To protect my business from financial difficulties I need to have a cancellation policy. This means that I need 24 hours notice if anyone needs to cancel or postpone their appointment so that I can fill the slot with another client that requires my services. In the unlikely event that someone fails to give me 24 hours I have to charge a fee of the appointment cost to cover expenses. I hope this make sense for everyone.
