I just want to remind everyone to read through my T&Cs that I have just updated. What is extra important is to read through my cancellation policy to make sure everyone is fine with them before making a booking.
Cancelling or Rescheduling can only be refunded if you do so 48h before your appointment. I understand emergencies can happen and last minute changes to plans, but without this policy the business would suffer financially.
I hope it all makes sense.
And I want to say a big THANK YOU to all my existing clients, without you this wouldnt be possible and for that I'm very grateful.
